Bob's Home Made Stew

2 14-oz cans of Chicken broth
2 14-oz cans of Stewed Tomatoes
1 18-oz can of Chicken Chowder
1 Large Onion
1 Large Green Pepper
2 Celery Sticks
1 package 9.3-oz (Bear Creek Country Kitchens) Minestrone or Creamy Potato Soup Mix.
3 lbs of fresh frozen mixed vegetables (thawed to room tempature)
Potatoes - About 7-lbs (cut to 1/4 to 1/2 inch squares)
4 Chicken breasts (pre-cooked - cut to 1/4" pieces - NOTE: Save the water to add to the stew.)
10 to 12 ounces of Egg Noodles (Uncooked)
A few shakes of Mrs Dash.

This recipe will make about 8-qt.

Put 1 can of chicken broth into a blender. Add the onion and green pepper. Blend well. Now put this into your kettle.

Put the second can of chicken broth in the blender. Add 2 celery sticks and the package of Creamy Potato Soap Mix - or the Minestrone Soup Mix. (There are other flavors to choose from) Blend all together then add to the kettle.

Now blend the 2 cans of Stewed Tomatoes and add them to the kettle.

Bring all the ingredients to a boil.

Add the Frozen Vegetables First, now add the potatoes and chicken.
Bring back to a full boil.
Now add your Egg Noodles.

Cook for approximately 15 minutes.

NOTES: You may choose not to Blend any of the items I have done in my Stew. Season to taste using Mrs. Dash.
Also you may choose to freeze some of this great stew for another day.
